FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Credit/Debit card is currently the only payment method Kildale Marine Ltd accept for on-line transactions. By entering your details at the check out stage you authorise us to debit your card with the total cost of the products selected (including VAT if applicable) and delivery costs. Any refunds made in respect of returns or cancellation will be made to the same card. Kildale Marine Ltd reserve the right to cancel any order that we suspect may be fraudulent.

Do prices include VAT?

All prices stated on the website are inclusive of UK VAT, currently at 17.5%.
Prices and availability of products may be changed at any time without notice.

What about credit card security?

Kildale Marine Ltd use Sagepay as our secure payment processor for on-line transactions. All transactions take place on Sagepay secure servers and Kildale Marine Ltd have no access to credit card numbers submitted at the check out stage. Kildale Marine Ltd are not aware of any credit card fraud alighting from use of the http://www.kildalemarine.co.uk/ website. 

What do I need if I return some goods?

If you wish to return a product purchased from us, you may do so within 14 working days of receiving the product by contacting us, on our Contact Us page or by emailing enquiries@kildalemarine.co.uk, to obtain a Return Authorisation Number. Please include your order number to enable us to trace the order.

We will refund the price of the product, less any delivery costs charged, unless the product is defective, in which case the full price paid will be refunded.

How much are your delivery charges and how long will it take?

Standard delivery for UK mainland takes 3 -5 working days from date of dispatch. For out of stock items please allow a maximum of 21 days delivery. There is a standard delivery charge for UK mainland of £6.50 (£5.54 + VAT) per order for goods up to 10kg and up to 1.5m length.

For overseas orders, heavy or bulky items, pyrotechnics and other hazardous goods an additional charge will apply.
