DELIVERY

Standard delivery for UK mainland takes 3 -5 working days from date of despatch. For out of stock items please allow a maximum of 21 days delivery. There is a standard delivery charge for UK mainland of £6.50 (£5.54 + VAT) per order for goods up to 10kg and up to 1.5m length.

For overseas orders heavy and bulky items, pyrotechnics and other hazardous goods an additional charge will apply.

All orders paid for by credit card must be delivered to the address of the card holder.

RETURNS POLICY

Goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt without query. When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us; we strongly recommend that you send it recorded delivery. Goods should be returned in 'as new' condition along with the original packing where applicable to:

Please retain proof of posting and enclose the original despatch note, along with a contact telephone number, stating the reason for your return. We'll exchange the item or refund the cost of the goods whichever you prefer.

We cannot, however, refund or exchange damaged goods, books, charts, software, videos, cut lengths of rope or cable etc and also any goods which have been made to order.
